Congrats to an island boy doing big things in China right now. Jamaican Usain Bolt bolt broke the 12 yr old 200m world record set by Michael Johnson back in the 1996 olympics in Atlanta. He broke two world records in both the 100m and 200m races, doing something no man has ever done before. My hat goes off to you my bredren. Keep it up.

Creative Slump

I've been in this slump for almost 6 months now. No sketching, no new ideas nothing. It's really frustrating to say the least. Not sure what I have to do to come out of this. It use to be anything that would spark my creative juices weather it was a commercial, a bug on the window, a crackhead walking down the street etc. Now it seems those things aren't merely enough to help me anymore. So what will I do? I can't force myself to draw because that will only have me sitting at a blank sketchbook for hours. Which is just a waste of time. I've tried walking around the city, but that doesn't help and it only pisses me off even further (tourists). I guess I'll just keep at it and see how it pans out but I need to get my focus back.

What should I eat for lunch today? New office with so many choices. That's so not good. I spend like 30 min. everyday trying to figure out what to eat. You know what I'll just bring lunch to work and save myself the trouble.

Home from Work

So I've been on a mini vacation since Thursday. I'm home alone with nothing to do but watch tv, sleep and roam the streets. Quite frankly it's so boring. I mean I do some work for my job here and there but I'm trying to stay away from the city because I know for sure I'll be shopping so that's a no go. Not sure what I'll be doing today, maybe take some pictures later that's about it or keep sketching on my "secret" project. Anybody out there have any suggestions for me let a brotha know.
